Whether you’re booking your first meetings or managing a packed calendar, Trickle has got you covered,
Some questions we get asked the most
What’s the difference between Free and Premium?
Free gives you the core scheduling foundation: a unified calendar view, one calendar sync (full hours + full details), unlimited personal meeting links, contacts, and support for all major meeting platforms.
Premium adds the “make it disappear” layer: unlimited syncs with control (office hours / all hours / outside office hours + full details / essentials / private), team meeting links, scheduling from email (CC or forward), automatic email labels, and the meeting agent (recording, transcript, executive summary, action points).
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Premium subscriptions are billed annually. This means downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately.
You keep full access to Premium features until the end of the term you’ve paid for. There are no surprise charges or automatic changes mid-year.
What happens if I downgrade from Premium to Free?
You keep the Free features (unified calendar view, contacts, unlimited personal links, meeting platform integrations, and one basic sync).
Premium-only features stop working on Free: extra syncs, team links, email agent, email classification, and the meeting agent.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Trickle supports invoicing for companies.
We also offer central billing, so multiple Trickle accounts can be billed together on a single invoice. This makes it easier for finance teams to manage subscriptions across a team or department.
Invoice payments support local methods such as Bancontact and iDEAL. If you need help setting up central billing, our team can assist.
Do you offer team links on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan includes unlimited personal meeting links.
Team meeting links are included with Premium.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through Paddle.
Supported payment methods:
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Mada
Wallets: Apple Pay (Safari only), Google Pay (Chrome only), PayPal
Invoices (local): Bancontact and iDEAL (invoices only)
All payments are processed via PCI-compliant systems, with encrypted handling end to end.
Where is my data hosted?
All Trickle data is hosted and processed in the EU. Trickle is a Belgian company with no US parent company and no offshore processing.
