Calendar sync
Calendar sync keeps your availability accurate across all your calendars, automatically and in the background.
Once connected, Trickle uses your synced calendars to prevent double bookings, block unavailable time, and power features like scheduling links, email scheduling, and meeting agents.
What calendar sync does
Calendar sync mirrors events from one calendar into another so your availability stays consistent everywhere.
You choose:
Where events come from (source calendar)
Where they appear (target calendar)
How much detail is shared
When events should block time
Example:
If you add a dentist appointment to your personal calendar, calendar sync can automatically block that time on your work calendar (without exposing personal details).
Privacy levels
Each sync has its own privacy setting.
Full sync
