Add your calendars
Connecting your calendar and/or inbox to Trickle is the first step to unlocking its smart scheduling, availability sharing, Meet Link generation, and Mail Agent automation features. Without these connections, Trickle cannot check your availability, send invites automatically, or sync events between accounts.
Important: If you skip this step, features like Mail Agents, Meet Links, and calendar availability sharing will not work.
Why it's essential
Sync events and availability across all your accounts in real time
Avoid double bookings by blocking time automatically
Send meeting invites without manual follow-ups
Pull emails into Mail Agents for quick scheduling actions
Auto-generate Meet Links for your online meetings
Enable voice scheduling through Trickle’s voice commands
Watch: Overview video of the connection process covers Google, Microsoft, and iOS setup, plus common troubleshooting tips.
