Getting started with Trickle is quick, but it’s important to use the right email and understand the permissions we request. This guide walks you through each step so you can log in smoothly and start scheduling without friction.
Create your account
You can create a Trickle account in just a few steps. Below are instructions for both desktop and mobile users.
On Web
To create your account using a desktop browser:
Go to trickle.ai/login.
Click Get Started in the top right corner.
Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, depending on which calendar you use.
Accept the calendar permissions when prompted. These are required to sync your availability and schedule meetings.
Once accepted, your Trickle account is created and you will be redirected to your dashboard.
On Mobile
To create your account on a mobile device:
Open your mobile browser and go to trickle.ai/login.
Tap Get Started.
Select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft and even IOS.
Accept the calendar permissions when prompted.
Your account will be created, and you’ll be taken to the mobile-optimized dashboard.
Note: A native mobile app is not required. You can use Trickle directly from your mobile browser. You may also choose to add Trickle to your home screen for faster access.
Compare plans
Trickle works with both free and paid accounts. But the login email matters for premium access.
If you purchased a plan via Paddle, log in with the exact email you used during checkout.
Free users can log in with any email.
If you log in and don’t see your premium features:
Make sure you’re using the correct email address.
When signing up, you’ll also receive a welcome email from Trickle. Clicking the link in that email will take you to the login page, where your correct email address should now be pre-filled automatically.
Permissions & Privacy
Trickle needs permissions to schedule meetings and coordinate availability. We requests access to the following:
Contacts
To invite your contacts to meetings and suggest attendees.
Calendar
To check your availability, create events, and reschedule when needed.
Mail
To label relevant emails, prepare meeting drafts, and schedule directly from your inbox.
Trickle only accesses what it needs to automate scheduling and protect your time. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your account settings.

Troubleshooting Login Issues
Check your connection
Make sure you’re online. If the login page won’t load, try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
Use the right email and method
Sign in with the same method you used when creating your account:
Google – Make sure your browser is signed in to the correct Google account.
Microsoft – Make sure you’re signed in to the right Microsoft/Outlook account.
Company Login (SSO) – If your company requires you to log in through its own portal, start from your company’s login page.
Check for two-step verification issues
If your account is protected by two-step verification (2FA), make sure you complete the code prompt from your authenticator app, text message, or email.
Clear your browser or app data
If you get stuck on a blank page or the login keeps reloading, clear your browser’s history, cookies, and saved data. Or try an incognito/private window.
Turn off blockers
Disable any ad blockers, pop-up blockers, or privacy extensions, as these can interfere with the login process.
Try another device or network
This can rule out issues caused by your current device, browser, or internet connection.
