Office 365 / Azure - Limit access to Trickle to specific people
Change Trickle app to only allow specific users/groups
Assign which users/groups can use Trickle
In the azure portal, go to Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise Applications

Look for TRICKLE

After clicking through on the Trickle application and going to Properties you can specific you wish to limit access to specific users and groups:

Set “Assignment required?” to “Yes”

This means no-one will be able to use this app until specific users and/or groups have been assigned.
Now go to Users and groups:

Here you can add users or groups that should get access to the Trickle application and you can see any existing users and groups with access:

When assigning users or groups to the app, you will first have the select the users in the first step and then confirm down below leaving the default role “Default Access”.

From now on, these users will be able to use Trickle and consent the necessary Permissions to allow Trickle to work for them.
Which users have consented which permissions?
You can also verify which users have granted consent to Trickle to access some of their resources such as their calendar.
Go to Permissions:

Make sure to select the tab User consent. This will show an overview of each permission that has been granted so far by any of the users. You can click through to see the specific users using the link in the Granted by column.
