Web Dashboard

The Trickle dashboard is your central control hub. From here, you can manage synced calendars, view your availability, configure meet links, explore tasks, and adjust account settings all in one place.

This page walks through every component, so you always know where to find what you need.

Overview

When you first log in, you’ll land on the Dashboard tab. Here’s what you’ll see:

Calendar

See your upcoming events in a scrollable list with date headers, titles, times, and attendee avatars.

  • Connect multiple calendars (Google, Microsoft, etc.) and toggle each one’s visibility.

  • Click an event to open its details instantly.

  • Tip: Keep your time zone correct in Settings → Availability so event times are accurate.

Availability

A color-coded monthly calendar shows when you’re available for meetings.

  • Use the arrows to navigate between months.

  • Set your working hours in Settings → Availability.

  • Advanced scheduling rules may require a premium plan.

Tasks

Lightweight to-dos that sit alongside your schedule.

  • Add tasks with a title and optional notes (perfect for links or quick context).

  • Complete a task via the checkbox or hover to delete it.

  • Note: No third-party integrations yet (Jira, Asana, Trello). Tasks live only in Trickle for now.

Quick Meeting (Coming Soon!)

Your recent contacts appear as cards with Meet Up buttons for one-click scheduling or outreach.

  • Ideal for recurring collaborators.

  • Clicking opens your default scheduling flow or meeting link.

Recent Activities

An audit-style feed showing what changed and when — for example:

  • Meetings booked

  • Contacts added

  • Placeholders created
