Mobile App
Using Trickle in a mobile browser is not optimized. Certain scheduling flows can fail due to layout issues, blocked pop-ups, or background restrictions, and some key capabilities simply aren’t available at all.
The Trickle Mobile App gives you a faster, more reliable experience with:
Voice commands
Push notifications
iOS calendar access
Smarter travel-time suggestions
Exclusive features
Voice Assistant
Tap the mic, speak naturally, and let Trickle handle permissions and audio capture reliably.
Push Notifications
Get real-time booking alerts, changes, and reminders (including “time to leave” travel buffers). Mobile web cannot deliver these notifications.
iOS Calendar Access
The app can read and write to local iPhone/iPad calendars — this is not possible from the browser.
Travel-Time Intelligence
Optional location access allows Trickle to suggest realistic gaps between on-site meetings, so you never double-book or cut travel time too short.
Quick Start (3 Minutes)
Install & Sign in to the Trickle Mobile App.
Enable Notifications when prompted: this powers confirmations, changes, and travel-time reminders.
(Optional but powerful) Enable Location to improve travel-time buffers for on-site meetings.
Notifications
With push notifications enabled, you’ll get:
Instant booking/cancellation alerts without checking email.
Smart reminders that include leave-by guidance when travel time applies.
Conflict warnings if a proposed meeting overlaps an existing event.
Where to Check: Trickle Mobile → Notifications.
Troubleshooting Push Notifications:
Check OS notification permissions.
Disable Focus or Silence modes.
Make sure you’re signed into the same account as on the web.
Location Tracking
If you allow location access, Trickle:
Estimates door-to-door travel using your Home/Office and current location (when permitted).
Suggests safer gaps between meetings.
Flags risky back-to-back bookings.
Setup:
In your phone settings, enable Location for Trickle.
Add Home and Office in Settings → Profile.
Ensure Meet Links include a location (address or video).
Privacy: Location is used only to compute travel estimates for your meetings. You can disable it anytime in iOS/Android settings.
Real-World Examples
“Running Between Buildings”
You have a 30-minute hold right after an on-site review. The app factors in walking time and automatically suggests a later slot.
“Voice While Commuting”
You tap the mic: “Find 45 minutes next week with Alex and Priya on Zoom.” The app checks overlapping availability and sends the invite — no typing required.
“iPhone Calendar Harmony”
With iOS calendar access enabled, new bookings appear alongside your personal calendars so you can see your entire schedule in one place.
