Meeting Agent delivers your summary and recording in the app within 5-15 minutes after your meeting ends, helping you stay focused during meetings while ensuring nothing important is missed.

How It Works

Meeting Agent works seamlessly with your calendar to capture your meetings:

  1. Schedule a meeting on your connected calendar (at least 10 minutes in advance)

  2. Meeting Agent joins automatically when enabled, or you can request it for specific meetings

  3. The bot records the entire meeting

  4. After the meeting ends, processing begins (takes 5-15 minutes)

  5. Your transcript and AI-generated summary appear in the Trickle app

  6. Optional email notification with the summary

All meeting data is securely stored and accessible anytime in your Trickle account.

Meeting Agent Settings

Customize how Meeting Agent works for you with these settings:

Auto-Join

  • Automatically joins all virtual meetings on your calendar

  • When disabled, manually request Meeting Agent for specific meetings

  • Set individually for each connected calendar

Agent Name (Bot Name)

  • Customize how Meeting Agent appears in meetings

  • Default format: "[Your Name]'s assistant (Trickle)"

  • Example: "Sarah's assistant (Trickle)"

  • Visible to all meeting participants

Email Summary Notifications

  • None: No email summary

  • Just Me: Only you get a summary email

  • Everyone on the invite: All attendees receive the summary

Summary Language

  • Choose the language for your AI-generated summaries

  • Supports English, Dutch, French, German, and more

Transcription Language

  • Select "Multi" for automatic language detection (recommended for multilingual meetings)

  • Or choose a specific language for improved accuracy

  • Supports 50+ languages

Custom Background Image

Meeting Agent can display a custom virtual background when joining your meetings. Follow these guidelines for best results:

Format & Dimensions

  • Format: JPEG only

  • Aspect ratio: 16:9

  • Recommended resolution: 1280×720 pixels

  • Maximum file size: 1.3MB (smaller files perform better)

Quality Guidelines

  • Export at JPEG quality 85-95

  • Use solid colors and minimize gradients

  • For text: use bold fonts, minimum 50px (larger is better)

Pro Tip for Best Results

  • Design your image at 2560×1440 or larger

  • Downscale to 1280×720 using high-quality resampling

  • Avoid "bilinear" or "nearest neighbor" methods

Safe Zone Guidelines

  • Keep logos and important text away from edges

  • Meeting platforms may crop or overlay UI elements

  • Test your background in an actual meeting to verify visibility

  • Note: Most meeting platforms limit resolution to 1280×720. Larger images will be automatically downscaled.
